Counselling Support
Counselling can be scary, and I hope to help take some of that fear away. I work to foster a space where you feel welcome, safe, and heard. No one is perfect, certainly not me, and sometimes we need help to navigate life, especially when it feels out of control or messy. Counselling is a great space to do that, whether you are looking for resources, tools, someone to listen to you vent, or a space to let out all those feelings that have been bottled up for far too long. If that sounds like something you could benefit from, feel free to look at the services I provide.

Services
Currently, I offer individual online counselling with a client-centred, strength based focused. What that means is you are the expert on your life, not me. My job is not to offer advice, but to walk alongside as we navigate what it means for you to reach the goals you have for yourself.
I also offer a limited sliding scale for those who cannot afford the full fee.
If you would like to get in touch about booking an initial session, please email me at konradschulzcounselling@gmail.com, and I will get back to you. I offer a FREE 15-minute initial consultation to make sure we are a good fit.

About Me
I grew up in Saskatchewan, and after a short stint doing non-profit work on Vancouver Island, I came home and got my BA in Psychology (2024) and my Masters in Counselling (2026). I am currently transitioning into a full-time counselling position alongside doing some limited private practice. I work from a trauma-informed and attachment lens with a focus on client-centred and strength-based counselling. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan and have experience with anxiety, stress, navigating difficult family dynamics, and behavioural struggles with young children and adolescents. My education consists of a Masters of Counselling and a BA in Psychology. I have received a 3 day training in DBT along with taking Intensive I through the Neufeld Institute. In my free time I enjoy reading fiction and fantasy along with spending time outdoors and the occasional video game.
